Pick up some Mad Grafix, get an Allen Tan, go for a Sunday Skate. Every year, when we tally the results in our shops and services category, we’re struck by how many independent, locally owned businesses there are in Western New York. What need of a mall or national chains when the region’s commercial strips offer such a wealth of places run by your friends and neighbors?
