What can we say about CowPok? They’ve won so many Artvoice Best of Buffalo awards they may hold the record. We remember when Paul Bierker opened the store in 1992 and was a regular visitor the first Artvoice office at 124 Elmwood (That’s now Elmwood Charter School and Paul sold the store in 2000).
