Heavily influenced by groups such as Fugazi, Sonic Youth, The Pixies, and Hot Water Music, the Rochester band, Pink Elephant will be sure to please music fans of all indie rock subgenres alike. They’ll be performing at Mohawk Place this Friday night along with Governess.

Lou Reed would have been 73 this year. To honor his birthday, Nietzsche’s will be hosting a birthday tribute event for this iconic musician with High Flyin’ Babys, The Good, The Vores, Wooden Waves, After Hours, Dark Marbles, Girlpop, and The Irving Klaws performing music from Lou Reed’s arsenal.
