Every Time I Die
by Caitlin Derose
If Buffalo-based band Every Time I Die keeps their promise, everyone in attendance at this small, personal, in-your-face show at the Icon on Friday (Dec. 22) will be so enthralled and blown away by their performance they won’t be able to help but think, “the Goo Goo.... who?” Poised to become the next big band out of Buffalo, Every Time I Die aims to shatter and expunge any current preconceptions about underground heavy rock and redefine them. Their latest CD release, Gutter Phenomenon, is “the ETID record” – one that may mark a major milestone and turning point in their career. Doors open at 8pm and limited tickets are available for $15 pre-sale, or $18 at the door. Also performing that night will be Inferis, Come the Dawn, and Sailing to Rome
