Johnny Nobody

Instead of spending the winter months hibernating, rock n roll trio Johnny Nobody has split time touring the Northeast and recording their debut EP, titled Ill Will (HarvestSum), set for a release late winter/early spring. With a sound that draws influences from bands such as Sloan, Superdrag, early Radiohead and Led Zepplin, they will continue to tour in the coming months in support of their debut release. The group broke onto the Buffalo scene in 2001 while still in high school, and have a reputation for fun and energetic live shows, opening for the Zombies and Sloan at this past year’s Thursday at The Square. Catch them live and indoors at the Mohawk Place on Saturday (Jan. 27) for a 10pm show. Also on the bill are fellow Harvest Sum bands the Old Sweethearts and Vera Lena
