Michigan death metal band the Black Dahlia Murder (TBDM) has been a leader in Detroit’s hard-core music scene since coming to national attention at 2005’s Ozzfezt. This was followed by a tour with Sounds of the Underground 2006, and then a spot at 2007’s Wacken Open Air in Germany (the largest metal only music festival in the world). After touring to promote their latest album, Nocturnal (Metal Blade Records), with Cannibal Corpse, TBDM joined a headlining tour with 3 Inches of Blood and Hate Eternal, then another alongside Brain Drill and Animosity. That line up will come through Buffalo to the Mohawk Place on Sunday (March 16), with From This Day opening the show. Doors are at 7pm.
