Queen City Roller Girls (Saturday, April 5)

This Saturday night (April 5th), at 7pm, the Devil Dollies face the Nickel City Knockouts for a rematch of their closely-contested bout in January, which the Knockouts took by a slim three points after being tied for fully half of the game. Guest referees from New York City’s veteran league Gotham Girls (#5 in the national rankings) add a new twist to the proceedings. Halfway through the season, the Dollies are still without a win, and the Knockouts are coming off a fresh defeat against the as-yet undefeated Suicidal Saucies. The bout is at Rainbow Rink (at 101 Oliver St. in North Tonawanda), now with added restroom facilities and bleachers for your viewing pleasure. $15 admission, tickets available at the door or at qcrg.net.
