Last Tuesday AV joined Ted Pietrzak, executive director of the Burchfield-Penney Art Center, and a host of other guests on a tour of the Burchfield-Penney's new facility. Construction continues, but the end is in sight: The new museum and education center will be handed over to the Burchfield-Penney in August, debut to the public in September, and begin hosting exhibits in November. |

Having been fortunate enough to tour this construction site, I must say
that the spaces are absolutely enticing, and I can't wait to see art
hanging in it. This is a truly community space, a celebration of all of the
tremendous talent that has been inspired by Western New York. A great new
place to go linger and relax.
