Rosanne DiPizio is suing the state for illegally firing her construction company for delays in the ice rink work, when it was actually the state, she says, that designed the project improperly. She helped the state correct the design flaws, but was terminated in order to shift blame away from state officials' numerous ad costly design blunders.
