Locally-owned bakery The Bloom & Rose announced today its first popup restaurant to be held on Monday March 18th, 2019 from 5:45pm to 9:30pm at St. John’s-Grace Episcopal Church in Buffalo, NY. “An Appreciation of Offal: Exploring the Unfamiliar” is a five-course experience featuring offal fare like Wagyu heart, liver, and other meats.
The dinner will feature five courses of offal, including dessert, with Waygu beef provided by Maple Row Farm of Clarence, NY. Carefully paired wine and beer will be served, with wine from the Finger Lakes Region and beer selections being curated in collaboration with Buffalo-area breweries.
Managing members of The Bloom & Rose are optimistic about the launch as market research and culinary trends have demonstrated great interest in diners experiencing new flavors and foods, especially within exclusive concepts like the popup restaurant.
Tickets cost $60 after taxes and fees and are available at The Bloom & Rose’s Facebook page via Eventbrite.
