Bear Grillz takes rock and roll through an epic dubstep journey accompanied by the rousing vocals of Micah Martin on “Stay.” Stabbing beats and exploding bass rider over intense kicks on this unique spin on the producer’s bass heavy style. “Stay” is the third single off Bear Grillz’ forthcoming Demons album and arrives alongside the commencement of the Demons Tour, which kicked off last week in San Francisco.
Demons is set to be Bear Grillz’ most diverse collection of work to date. The full length project contains previously released singles “Flow” and the title track “Demons,” both of which see the producer incorporate fresh spins on bombastic bass house and melodic future bass soundscapes, respectively. The recent releases have gained Bear Grillz praise for stepping outside of the often rigid confines of dubstep while still staying true to his bass heavy core. The new single “Stay” encapsulates this ethos perfectly, juxtaposing a powerful male rock vocal with signature dubstep drops.
No stranger to the road, Bear Grillz is excited to play these new tracks on his Demons Tour this spring and summer. The tour features select dates with world renowned DJs, Excision and Adventure Club, as well as festival performances at Ubbi Dubbi and a co-headline slot on the Global Dub Festival at legendary Colorado amphitheater Red Rocks. The producer continues his fiery live presence through June with a Los Angeles performance at The Shrine alongside Yellow Claw.
With a slew of new music on the horizon and non-stop touring to boot, this Bear has zero plans for hibernation any time soon…
