Art drop off: June 29 during gallery hours and Members Appreciation Night | 12PM-8PM
Opening reception: July 10 | 6PM-8PM
Art pickup: July 27 | 12PM-4PM
If you are unable to make the designated drop-off and pick-up dates, please make an appointment with CAC staff. All artwork unclaimed after 30 days becomes the property of the CAC.
HONORS First, Second, and Third Place Cash Prizes will be available. Artwork will be judged on execution, composition, and originality.
Specifications for submissions/Exhibition criteria
Please review the specifications carefully. Submissions that are not in compliance will not be accepted for the exhibition.
- Participants must be current CAC members. You may sign up to become a member or renew your membership at drop-off.
- Size of artwork should be no larger than 2D works: 3’wx3’h, 3D works: 3’w x 6’h x 3’d
- All hanging artworks must be wired. Sawtooth hangers will NOT be accepted.
- Video work accepted – Artists must provide equipment.
- Artwork submitted for the Members Exhibition must be created by the person entering the artwork and the artist shall be responsible for all appropriate permission(s) for the use and sale of the art submitted.
- The artist will retain the copyright of the artwork but agrees that any artwork submitted to the Members Exhibition may be used for marketing and promotional purposes related directly to this exhibition.
- The CAC will collect a commission of 30% on artwork sold during the show.
- Artists must be at least 16 years old to submit.
All members in good standing are invited to submit up to two artworks for display. Artist registration forms are available in this email, on our homepage, or at the CAC.
