Enjoy an autumnal four-course meal prepared by Chef Will of The Original Landmark Red Osier Restaurant paired with two beers per course brewed by the members of two of Western New York’s premier home brew clubs: Sultans of Swig Home Brew Club and the Niagara Association of Home Brewers. Malt provided by New York Craft Malt.
