R&B/Soul singer Glenn Jones started as a gospel singer recording with the gospel group “The Modulations.” He started singing R&B with drummer Norman Connors releasing the single “Melancholy Fire”, which climbed to #20 on the Billboard charts.
Singing his own contract with RCA records, his first album, “Finesse” had two singles reached the Top 20 Billboard charts; “Show Me” (#3) and “Bring Back Your Love” (#18). In 1992, Jones was signed by Atlantic Records and his first album for them had two singles reach the top ten on the R&B charts; “Here I Go Again” (#1) and “I’ve Been Searching (#8). Jones brings his sweet, silky voice to the Tralf in a show called The Friday Night Affair hosted by Young Smokey.
