He Never Served In Vietnam

During Thursday’s hearing  Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) lectured Kavanaugh on the legal maxim “falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus,” or “false in one thing, false in everything.” It means a jury “can disbelieve a witness if they find [him] to be false in one thing.”

Blumenthal repeatedly claimed while running for office that he’d served in Vietnam, when he never did. In fact, he obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 that enabled him to avoid serving in Vietnam. He’s calls Kavanagh a liar ??
