Houses Premiere Music Video For “Fast Talk” Via Billboard Today

LA-based songwriter/producer Dexter Tortoriello AKA Houses premieres a video for lead single “Fast Talk” via Billboard today. Just like it is in the song “Fast Talk,” the viewer is taken on a ride alongside Dexter, who is the passenger in an endless car ride where some of life’s best and worst moments take place. “Fast Talk” is currently #14 at Alternative Radio and was ranked the #2 most played single at Sirius XM’s Alt Nation upon release.
Houses is gearing up for headline shows in San Diego, CA, Buffalo, NY, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ. The band will also support Jungle on their North American tour, including shows at LA’s Palladium on March 1st and New York’s Terminal 5 on March 19th. Though the new EP is Houses’ first release since the A Quiet Darkness LP, the past few years have been undeniably busy for Tortoriello with work as Dawn Golden (his producer project via Mad Decent), co-production/writing for Lil Yachty (“Forever Young”), Kali Uchis (“Melting”), Ryan Hemsworth, Martin Garrix, and others, in addition to a slate of high-profile remixes for the likes of Major Lazer, Kings of Leon, Odesza, and more. Drugstore Heaven marks a major artistic shift for Tortoriello. Abandoning the heady concepts of his previous records for some of his tightest songwriting yet, Tortoriello is embracing the most fascinating character in his musical universe: himself.
