Mr. President… Time to Stop Turning the Other Cheek…Enforce the Law!
THE LOGAN ACT …SHOULD JOHN KERRY BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO VIOLATE THE LOGAN ACT? HELL NO! HE WON’T STOP UNTIL HE’S INDICTED!
In 1799 the Logan Act, Title 18 Section 953 of US Code, was passed into law prohibiting people like John Kerry from negotiating with foreign governments on behalf of America, without authorization. Although there never has been a prosecution, only one Indictment, that doesn’t mean it can’t be prosecuted. What it does mean, apparently, is that there hasn’t been anyone as arrogant, narcissistic or as stupid as John Kerry in two hundred years!
You be the Judge…here’s the Law;
“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”(T18S953USC)
Early last month, Kerry was negotiating with Iran, according to an OpEd Column of Post Staff Writers AND John Kerry’s own admissions; that is the definition of the Logan Act and I agree completely. I don’t believe for an instant that Kerry has stopped interfering with our duly elected President’s negotiations with foreign Nations.
Former President Hussein Obama was reported to have done another of his “forgive us “ foreign trips not that long ago and met with Germany and France leaders telling them to ignore Trump. If true that should be prosecuted as well.
Mr. President you cannot continue to turn another cheek! Obama and Kerry pretending they are still government officials…put a stop to them violating our laws and embarrassing our country. Show them you are not weak or afraid to do what the Democrats would do in a heartbeat…that is charge a Republican with the Logan Act. Mueller put Mike Flynn in jail for what’s tantamount to spitting on the side walk…we have allowed Hillary Clinton and James Comey to walk, so far, for very serious Felonies…C’mon man …time to act! The clock is ticking!
