October 22nd, 2018 — Minneapolis trio Self-Evident have been kicking around the post-hardcore scene for over two decades. Their albums are jagged and viseral, but with a penchant for melodic atmospherics and hook worthy riffs. They’ve been praised by outlets like Exclaim!, Punknews,Razorcake, and Scene Point Blank, and today we’re excited to announce the release of their new record with New Noise, who have premiered the live video for title track, “Lost Inside The Machinery”.
The track recalls early Dismemberment Plan, but with almost Sleep-esque doom riffs. Check out and keep your eyes peeled for their new record, due out next January on doubleplusgood (US), and Stiff Slack(Japan).
