RON WHITE - SAT, 6/18
Seneca Allegany Casino | Sat, June 18 @7pm @ | $225 to $399
Stand-up Comedian Ron White was an original member of the immensely popular show, The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which included Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and Larry The Cable Guy. Known for performing in a trademark black suit while smoking a cigar and drinking scotch whiskey, Ron White’s routine consists of cynical observations of everyday day life with a deadpan delivery. Comedy Central gave White his first comedy special named “They Call Me Tater Salad.” The special earned Comedy Central its highest rating in their history for a Sunday night and the CD sold 1.3 million copies. His second one-hour comedy special “You Can’t Fix Stupid” premiered in 2006 with 4.5 million viewers Ron jokes that his brother is a doctor and his sister is a lawyer and he hates Thanksgiving. “My brother tells a story about lives he’s saved and my sister tells a story about a lawsuit she won to save an orphanage. Then my mom turns around to me and asks, ‘What’s new about your career, Ron?’” Ron replies “I got a new bit about sticking my pecker in a toaster.” I guess that sums up Ron’s comedy.
