The Matadors is a Rockabilly/Psychobilly trio from Ontario, Canada. They create their own unique genre of horror meets rockabilly. In 1995, leader “Hooch” Parkins started a rockabilly band. Four years later, “Hooch” was introduced to a group (cult?) called the Lucifarian Brotherhood from Baphonet. The cult’s representative came up with the idea to combine Lucifarian gospel music and rockabilly. As time went on, the matador’s new style became known as Psychobilly–– a mixture of punk rock and rockabilly  with a satanic edge. Their newest album is called Say you love Satan with a hit song named Shake your Fornicator. The band is fond of saying that the audience is likely to drink more at their shows than at any other concert because of their evil floor show. Let the audience beware!
