A Tribute to Herbie Hancock

Buffalo’s rising jazz sensation, the Ellen Pieroni Quartet will be offering a tribute to the legendary Herbie Hancock at Nietzsche’s this Thursday evening. EPQ, Intrepid Travelers, Adam Bronstein Trio, and Jon Lehning Sextet will all be performing the tunes of Hancock’s discography.

THU 5/7 Weazildust Thursdays

Allen Street Hardware Café | 10pm | FREE

Throughout the entire summer, the DJ known as WeazilDust will be doing special bi-monthly appearances on Thursday nights at Hardware. People have labeled him as “a DJ for people not fond of DJs.” So if you like to dance without being told to “shake your ass and throw your hands in the air,” you’ll love this event.

Soul Patch is Buffalo’s favorite 90s/alternative rock cover band, and they’ll be kicking off another epic performance at DBGBs this Friday night. Come out and have some beers and sing along to all those memorable songs that made they 90s such a monumental era for music.

Dead Flowers hits hard with their style of ‘straight-to-the-point rock n’ roll.’ They’ll be bringing the energy to Mohawk Place on Monday night with The Demos, Old Best Friend, and Buffalo’s own rock outfit, Wolf.
