Take a free, self guided tour through the neighborhood gardens of the historic and charming Lewiston village. GardenFest is headquartered in the hospitality booths at 411 and 493 Center St. among booths from local outdoor garden and landscaping companies. There will also be Q&A sessions by gardening experts as well as daily speakers.

Guided walking tours beginning at Garden Central begin at noon and 2:00 p.m. and cost $10. There is a Garden Art Sale from 10am—5pm at the Parkside Lodge, 84 Parkside Avenue. Admission to the Darwin Martin House conservatory and garden, along with garden related talks and social activities throughout the day by a Master Gardener, is free.

A map and directory of the Parkside gardens are available for $8, $5 after 3pm. The tour of the gardens is self-guided. All proceeds fund the Parkside Community Association’s programs for children and senior services.

Take the New York State Parks Trolley to five different Niagara Falls venues for a variety of activities, tours of the featured gardens and hourly presentations. The event is free; however, donations will be accepted. The trolley will stop at each venue continuously, and free parking is available at each site.
