DOJ: ‘A Development in Case’; Raniere may be in court today – may be indictment or bail effort!

According to the press office of the US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York “there has been a development in case” against Raniere and he may be in court today, according to John Marzulli, press officer for the US Attorney EDNY.
It may also be that the defense attorneys are presenting a ‘bail package” that the prosecution will defend.
A bail package can be a bundle of assets and money that will permit release of a defendant. Everything that is supportive of getting bail.
The prosecution will defend it.
This is an unscheduled hearing.
Mack, best known for the TV show “Smallville,” is due to appear in federal court in Brooklyn today.
