Fisher vs. Paden: Unequal Pay for Equal Lies in False Conviction of Jerry Sandusky

Guilty Verdict, But No Winners? Sandusky’s Fate Sealed by Millionaire-Making Lies

When Jerry Sandusky was taken in handcuffs out of court after a jury found him guilty of abusing a group of future millionaires, the mother of one of them said, “Nobody wins.”

Men lied to make millions at the expense of putting an innocent man in prison.  Sandusky has been in prison for 11 years. He turned 80 last week.

It was always the plan for the liars to pocket the money and let him die in prison.

Though her son collected millions for his perjury, she said nobody wins.

Mother and son.

Dawn Daniels Hennessey, mother of Aaron Fisher

Millions Gained on a Bed of Deceit

Nobody wins? Aaron Fisher, liar #1, collected $7.5 million for lying.

Paden’s Payday: A $20 Million Tale Too Tall to Stand?

The biggest liar, number #9, Sebastian Paden, got $20 million for a lie anyone could tell was a lie.

The Bloodied Underwear That Wasn’t: Quidetto’s Courtroom Drama

His mother, Angela Quidetto, got on the witness stand to confirm Paden’s lies, right down to his bloodied underwear his mama could not find. She wept when she said if only Sandusky had bought her boy some underwear.

Quidetto’s Quandary: A Mother’s Torment Over Son’s Deviancy

Instead of happily living with millions, Quidetto posted on social media that her son, Paden is a sexual deviant and drug addict, and should not be with his own daughter.

Still, what a laugh Paden must have had when he found out he got $20 million and learned that dumb Aaron Fisher, liar #1, who had to be worked on by his mother and a quack therapist for two years, only got $7.5 million.

Improbable Roommates: Fisher and Paden’s Parallel Lies

They both told the same lie: They testified that they were abused on the same bed, in the same bedroom of the same house, the same days 100 -159 times — if you believe their stories — and never met.

Both men separately testified (they were in court on different days) that Sanudsky abused them on the same bed by the same 15 x 15 feet room in a basement.

Yet somehow the two never met?

Sandusky’s Basement of Make-Believe: Where Millionaires Are Minted

This is an important point: Aaron Fisher and Sabastian Paden both testified under oath that they stayed every weekend overnight from 2005-2008, at Sandusky’s house – in the bedroom in the basement and both testified Sandusky abused them alone.

They both testified that no one else was in the room. This single enormous contradiction – both of them could not be in the same bedroom alone with Sandusky – was never called out by the defense attorney.

He was too busy coddling the liars – who were both over 18 at the time they testified.

Paden ‘Every Weekend’

Prosecutor Joe McGettigan

Pros: How many times did you stay at the defendant’s house over the course of about three years between 2005 and into 2008, 2009?

Paden: Every weekend from Friday to Saturday.

Pros: Do you know how many times that was?

Paden: Between 150, maybe 100.

Fisher’s ‘Every Weekend’

Pros: Did you stay at the defendant’s house a lot of times?

Fisher: At first, it was the occasional weekend, then…

Pros: Every weekend?

Fisher: Yeah.

Prosecutor: …between 2005 and 2008… Did you stay at the defendant’s house 50 times or 100 times or more?

Fisher: It was probably close to a hundred, over.

How could two rascals say they were alone in the same basement bedroom, getting molested every weekend between 2005 and 2008, and never meet?

Perjury’s Price Tag: Paden Outperforms Fisher in the Courtroom

On the witness stand, Paden told his lies without hesitancy, and added anal rape to his implausible story. He had some nice impromptu embellishments, like the basement was soundproofed, and the doors locked from the outside so he could not escape.

Paden claimed he was locked in the basement and could only scream for help.

Yet because the Sandusky house is on sloping terrain, the back of the basement leads to the backyard. There was a door in the basement (not to mention windows) that Paden could have escaped from anytime.  He was not a tiny baby, he was a teenage boy at the time he said he was locked in the basement (that has no locks to lock anyone in, [It locks from the inside to keep people out]). He could have walked out the door anytime. Yet he got away with the massive lie that he was locked down there and left alone when Sandusky was not abusing him. If Sandusky had had a decent attorney, he would have disputed this liar’s account with photos and independent evidence instead of coddling the little liar as he did.

On the other hand, Fisher was a terrible witness. He could only cry and answer a perjured yes to leading questions about oral sex that never happened.

But if the lies were essentially the same, is it fair, Fisher might ask, that Paden got $20 million, and he got only $7.5 million?

Lie and Grow Rich: Dawn Fisher Daniels Hennessey led her dimwitted son Aaron Fisher to millions through their preferred wealth-building method — lying.
Sabastian Paden

Both liars told their lies so poorly that if Sandusky had not had dishonest prosecutors, and a half-wit attorney, Fisher, and Paden would have been indicted for perjury; the prosecutors arrested for suborning it, and Sandusky’s attorney disbarred for incompetence.

Amendola’s Ambition: A Legal Defense Doomed by Media Dreams

Jerry Sandusky’s attorney Joe Amendola talks to the people that mattered: the media. He hoped to launch a career as a TV legal expert following the Sandusky case.
Joe Amendola is all smiles as his client, Jerry Sandusky, heads toward a conviction.

All Smiles, No Substance: Amendola’s Media-Friendly Defense Falters

There’s Joe Amendola, all smiles for the media. He never challenged the liars in court. That would displease the media, who wanted to write the story of Sandusky’s guilt. Smilin’ Joe was loyal to his new found friends. But they were not loyal to him. They dumped him 10 minutes after the verdict.

Upcoming: Matt Sandusky’s Lies Laid Bare?

Arsonist and near-murderer of his girlfriend, Matt Sandusky Davidson, the adopted son and despicable betrayer of Jerry Sandusky, will be examined for his lies in an upcoming post.

A Nose for Untruth: Hohenheim’s Artistic Condemnation of Aaron Fisher

Art lovers, below is a new painting of Aaron Fisher, liar #1, entitled “Fisher of Lies” by artist Montgomery Rupert Von Hohenheim.

Art critic Arabella Seraphina Van Der Wooden interprets the painting for Frank Report:

Maximilian Rupert Von Hohenheim’s “Fisher of Lies” resonates with thematic echoes steeped in the pathos of disillusionment.

Rendered in a panoply of vivid tones that belies the melancholy undercurrent of the rags to riches narrative, is the protagonist’s distinguished nose, elongated by his pathway to wealth.

The artist’s choice to drape Fisher in sartorial splendor strengthens the notion of the subject as a man who succeeds by his own mendacity

Hohenheim’s bold delicately intricate brushwork gives us the visceral feel of the subject’s internal cowardice. We can almost taste his snivel as it runs down his throat.

We are left with the feeling that the proboscis of falsehood can yet expand if he could but find another innocent person to lie into prison.
