Sydney Sweeney, 28, dropped new campaign photos for her lingerie brand SYRN on Sunday.

The images, shot for the brand’s upcoming Comfy collection, show Sweeney in a black thong and sheer tights, sitting backwards on a chair with a handful of bras in hand.

In another shot she layered a black and white matching bra and underwear set directly over each other. The caption on the post was simple: “Made for staying in, slow mornings or feeling your comfiest on the go.”

What Are Fans Saying About The SYRN Sydney Sweeney Campaign?

“SHE’S ALWAYS BREAKING THE INTERNET,” one fan wrote. Another said: “Sydney can’t stop winning and breaking the internet with every post.” A third kept it short: “The power of Sweeney.”

“I’m gonna go faint brb,” one commenter wrote. “I cannot function for the next 48-72 hours,” said another.

Someone called her “the classic Porsche, widowmaker.” One person just wrote: “I mean. C’mon.”

A few fans managed full thoughts. “Syd you left me speechless.” “What the hell.” “She is always winning.”

The Comfy collection officially launches March 4. Based on what happened when every previous SYRN collection dropped, inventory will not last long.

SYRN, pronounced “siren,” not “cern,” is built around four collections: Seductress, Romantic, Playful, and Comfy.

The brand offers 44 sizes ranging from 30B to 42DDD, with most styles under $100. It carries serious financial backing, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos invested according to Us Weekly, alongside private equity firm Coatue through partner Ben Schwerin.

What Was Sydney Sweeney’s Dress At The Actor Awards?

Despite internet rumors, Sweeney did not attend the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, the ceremony formerly known as the SAG Awards, which followed the “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the ’20s and ’30s” dress code for the first time in the show’s history.

Her red carpet appearances have consistently generated conversation throughout awards season.

At the Variety and Golden Globes pre-party in January, she wore a draped asymmetrical Vivienne Westwood one-shoulder dress.

The following night at W Magazine’s Best Performances Party she wore a white ribbon-draped minidress by Vietnamese designer Cong Tri. described at the time as a naked-dress masterpiece. Both looks made fashion headlines independently of any awards nomination.

Sweeney was not nominated at this year’s Actor Awards, though The Housemaid was one of the year’s most commercially successful films.

Sydney Sweeney Best Movies

The Housemaid (2025) is her biggest commercial hit to date, breaking box office records and establishing her as a legitimate leading actress beyond the prestige TV world.

She also starred in Christy (2025), playing real-life professional boxer Christy Martin, Echo Valley (2025), Eden (2025), and Americana (2025), five films in a single year.

Before that, Anyone But You (2023) opposite Glen Powell became one of the most unexpected rom-com hits of recent years, grossing far beyond expectations.

Her breakout came through Euphoria on HBO alongside Zendaya, and The White Lotus Season 2, both of which made her one of the most talked-about actresses in television.

Immaculate (2024), which she starred in and produced, showed she understood the business side of the industry early.

Is Sydney Sweeney MAGA?

This question has followed Sweeney for over a year and she has addressed it directly.

In January 2026, sitting down with Cosmopolitan to promote SYRN, Sweeney was asked about the “MAGA Barbie” label that attached itself to her following a controversial American Eagle jeans campaign in the summer of 2025.

The ad, taglined around “great genes/jeans,” sparked accusations of white supremacist dog-whistling from the left and became a cause célèbre for the right, with Trump, Ted Cruz, and JD Vance all weighing in publicly in her defense.

Public voter registration records viewed by Hollywood Life showed Sweeney registered as a Republican in Florida in June 2024.

When informed of that registration, Trump said: “She’s a registered Republican? Oh, now I love her ad. If Sydney Sweeney is a registered Republican, I think her ad is fantastic.”

Sweeney’s response to all of it has been consistent. “I’ve never been here to talk about politics,” she told Cosmopolitan. “I’ve always been here to make art, so this is just not a conversation I want to be at the forefront of.”

On why she hasn’t simply denied the MAGA association: “If I say, ‘That’s not true,’ they’ll come at me like, ‘You’re just saying that to look better. There’s no winning. There’s never any winning. I just have to continue being who I am, because I know who I am.”

She also said: “I don’t believe in hate in any form. I believe we should all love each other and have respect and understanding for one another.”

Sweeney has never explicitly endorsed Trump, never spoken at a political event, and has consistently refused to be pulled into the conversation.
